Before and After Care

The Birches Academy is pleased to offer a Before and After School Care Program -
EARLY BIRDS and NIGHT OWLS.

EARLY BIRDS

When: Daily 7:30 am - 8:25 am

Cost: $8.00 for 7:30 to 8:25, $6.50 each additional sibling

Sign up: not required; drop-in as needed

Program Eligibility Notice: Access to the Before and After Care program will be suspended if your account meets both of the following criteria:

  • Your balance exceeds $250.

  • No payment has been received for over two months.

NIGHT OWLS

When: Daily 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Cost:

  • 3 pm to 4 pm: $8.00; $6.50 each additional sibling

  • 4:01 to 5:00: $8.00; $6.50 each additional sibling

  • 5:01 to 5:30: $4.00; $3.50 each additional sibling

  • Late pick up fee: starting at 5:35 pm: $5 per every 5 minutes per student you are late.

  • If you will be using the program every day please reach out to Mrs. Carpine to set up a monthly rate
